Colorado man caught cycling in the buff last week for the second time since last July.
Trinidad, Colo. , resident David Nunez was at it again last Tuesday -- caught riding his bicycle in the early-morning hours wearing nothing more than black shoes and white socks, The Raton Range reported.
Nunez, 47, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after trying to outrun a Trinidad police officer, yelling at the officer he needed to go home and "get some shorts on," The Range said.
Officer Daniel DuRan said that on the way to jail he asked Nunez why he was cycling naked in public, and Nunez reportedly told him: "Stupid, I guess," the paper reported.
Nunez also allegedly told DuRan that he had been riding naked through the streets for about 15 minutes before he was caught and confirmed that he had been the naked bicyclist reported two nights earlier, The Range said.
It was Nunez' second arrest for indecent exposure, following a nude cycling arrest in July, the paper reported. |
