Cyclists should attend this important Public Information Meeting / Open House.
Protect our needs at these two dangerous points. Many rides cross these points including the Albuquerque Century.
I have a previous commitment and won't be able to attend
so it will be up to you to make it safe for all of us.

North Diversion Channel
The recommended improvements
include removal and replacement
of the bridge deck, new pedestrian
railing, and pedestrian/bicycle accommodations.
Alternatives also
include full or partial closure of
the bridge during construction.
Intersection Improvements at
NM 313 (4th St./Old 85) and
NM 556 (Roy Rd.)
In order to address existing intersection
deficiencies, improve safety and
efficiency, and accommodate future
traffic, a two-lane roundabout is proposed
at the intersection of NM 313
and NM 556 . The recommended alternative
includes additional lanes,
drainage improvements, and pedestrian/
bicycle accommodations.
