[pysieved] New HEAD (was: patch for Dovecot auth and lookup)

I've checked in Jonathan's and Philippe's patches pretty much as-is,
into the repository.  The new HEAD now has Dovecot authentication and
userdb lookup, as well as better logging.  Please note that the "-d"
option is now a toggle, and to set the logging *level*, use "-v".  This
makes it easier to send stuff to syslog.

I'd like to make dovecot auth the default, so please everyone test it
out and let me know how it works for you.
